RETURN

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, 
please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging,

LATE RETURN

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days.

Returns outside these time-frames may be accepted at the discretion of INGMARSON and may only be refunded as a store credit.

REFUND

We’ll process the refund as soon as we get our hands on your package and will email you to confirm it’s arrival.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage,

or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line.

EXCHANGE

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We will, however, ship your replacement to you at no extra cost.
